Everyone wants to be part of the party but not everyone wants to drink alcohol.

Keep your parties going for everyone by pouring some alcohol-free drinks too! This way, everybody has a drink in their hand and no one will feel left out! Mocktails


Blissful Bellini

¼ cup peach nectar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Chilled apple cider

Mix peach nectar and lemon juice in glass. Add chilled apple cider to fill, and stir. Serve in a champagne flute and garnish with fresh fruit.


Apple Mojo Mojito

½ cup apple juice
½ cup sparkling club soda
1 lime, quartered
1 sprig mint leaves
½ tsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. sugar

Combine the lime, brown sugar, sugar and mint sprigs in a glass and press with a or spoon. Add ice and the apple juice, then top with club soda and stir. Garnish with lime or apple slices.


Strawberry Mint Mojito

1 cup club soda
4 large strawberries
2 lime wedges
6 to 8 sprigs of mint
2 tsp. raw sugar

Quarter three of the strawberries. Squeeze lime into tall glass, and add berries, mint and sugar. Crush mixture with a spoon, and add a handful of ice. Add club soda and stir gently until sugar dissolves. Garnish with remaining strawberry.


Coolada

½ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Cream soda

Combine coconut milk, lime juice and lemon juice into an ice-packed cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into glasses and top off with cream soda.

Mocktails


Melontini

½ cup watermelon juice
¼ cup sparkling apple cider
¼ cup cold green tea
1 lime wedge
4 sprigs mint leaves
Crushed ice

Squeeze lime into cocktail shaker and add peel. Add remaining ingredients and shake. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and mint.


Coco Choco

¾ cup milk
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. coconut cream
Ice
Grated chocolate

Add all ingredients except grated chocolate to cocktail shaker, and shake until well mixed. Strain into glass and top with grated chocolate.


White Sangria

3 cups white grape juice
1 bottle sparkling apple cider
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 apple, cubed
1 cup pineapple chunks, juice drained
1 orange, thinly sliced
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Ice
Extra fruit for garnish

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine juices, cut fruit and vanilla extract. Cover and let chill for two hours. Remove from refrigerator and add the sparkling cider. Serve in wine glasses or champagne flutes and garnish with fruit.

Mocktails


Spicy Raspberry Lemon Cooler

2 cups frozen raspberries
½ cup honey
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup water
2 bottles ginger beer
Fresh raspberries or lemon wedges for garnish

Put the raspberries, honey, lemon juice and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and cook until the fruit completely breaks down (about five minutes). Remove from heat and let cool. Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer set over a pitcher.

To serve, pour three tablespoons of the raspberry syrup into a tall glass. Fill with ginger beer, stir, and garnish with fruit.


Black and Tan

Chilled ginger ale
Chilled ginger beer

Pour equal quantities of each into a chilled pilsner glass. Do not stir!


Virgin Margarita

5 tbsp. sweet and sour mix
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
Ice
Limes for garnish

Blend mix and both juices with a handful of ice until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with lime wedges.


Melon Berry Rush

3 oz. Berry Blue Hawaiian Punch
3 oz. Red Bull energy drink
Splash of watermelon syrup

Mix Hawaiian Punch and Red Bull together, and add a splash of watermelon juice or syrup. You can also alternative your favorite Hawaiian Punch flavor.
